Wow, again it has been a while since writing one of these, time has been flying since moving to uni.
It has definitely been an ongoing experience, my first night entailed of a bearded guy offering me a drink of brandy from a hollow glass sword, drinking for hours with three random girls and dancing to exhaustion. And after that some weird things have happened on other nights out; I joined up for the windsurf society since I had windsurfed before, and on the socials we have dressed up as policemen, penguins and had been written on all over our faces with pen. One night i was given a challenge to get as many girls' numbers written on my arm, I ended up with thirty three by the end of the night. Other odd stories include: an incredibly drunk girl telling me she loves me as her first words to me, then hugging me; accidentally jabbing a girl in the throat while covered in paint; waking up at 4am because of a fire alarm and many more.
Signing up for the windsurf society was a really good move, windsurfing is so much fun, and since I have done it before the older students who teach us like me because of my enthusiasm. They're a really cool group of people.
I took architecture for my course, it is a lot better than I thought it would be because there is a lot more art to it rather than lots of maths. There is a lot of work we have to do though, I am procrastinating now by writing this journal.
I have managed to make a few good friends, but after a long day of working and talking to people I like to be quiet and by myself for a while. Undoubtedly I do really miss my cat, but I have been home a couple of times and it was like I had never left, he just rolled over and meowed for me to tickle him.
All for now, until next time.
